  
This bear was released by Ty on July 12, 2003, to commemorate the commissioning of the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). On its tag is a poem reading "As you sail out on your way, In our hearts you'll always stay, And because you're brave and true, This special bear is just for YOU!"
